Target workouts by Victoria's Secret

I'm not feeling particularly creative with my workouts right now so while I planned my weeks workouts I browsed through you tube for short workouts to end my cardio drills with. I ended up looking at a series of videos on the Victoria secret channel that seemed challenging enough and fun. So up until Thursday I'll be finishing my cardio with the following target workouts.
Leg Monday- Finish off your leg day with this workout with 3-4 sets of about 10-15 reps for each exercise.
Arms Tuesday- Admittedly the combination of exercise for arms seems much more challenging than the leg workouts but you can always modify to knee push-ups and do about 5-10 reps for tricep dips. And as for the shadow boxing intervals, if you don't own any weights, use a 500 ml bottle of water in each hand and count your 30 second intervals as you work those arms.
Butt Wednesday- Pretty straight forward exercises. You should try to get at least 3 sets of 15-20 reps.
Core Thursday- you can always just skip without a rope. I try to do as many reps as I can when it comes to core workouts but about 3 sets of 10 reps is good for beginners. Aeroblique is probably the most challenging exercise on here.
Friday and Saturday- Strength training
Sunday- Rest day
