Welcome to My fitness blog

I'm a 20 year old fitness enthusiast living Pakistan. A couple of years ago my training and diet became an important part of my life. It has helped me through the toughest of times. With this blog I hope to help those going through their own struggle when its comes to physical and mental well being. I won't just be writing about physical exercise or recipes but the importance of a positive mindset which proves to be vital in achieving your fitness and life goals.

Although I haven't been as consistent as I would've liked to be with my own routine, it only proves that there's always space and time for improvement. I've allowed myself to build this platform in hopes that it provides motivation and encouragement for others and myself. It'll allow me to do further research on nutrition and its effects and keep track of my progress.
